Goblin is a British manufacturer of domestic appliances with a rich history dating back to the early 1900s. The company was initially known as the British Vacuum Cleaner and Engineering Co. Ltd. (BVC), based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Today, Goblin operates under new ownership, with its brand recently acquired by RKW, a subsidiary of Sutton Venture Group.

Goblin’s legacy in the appliance industry spans over a century. The company claims its founder, Hubert Cecil Booth, invented the vacuum cleaner around 1900. In the 1930s, Goblin vacuum cleaners gained royal approval, and their products were installed in Buckingham Palace and other royal residences across Europe.
