Advice given in these pages is just a general guidline, and assumes you are competent to attempt the repair, if you are not please do not attempt any repair on an electrical appliance, electricity can and does kill, so before attempting any repair, DISCONNECT the appliance from the mains supply, do this yourself and dont take someone elses word that it is disconnected, before you remove any parts.
